The territories in Europe of Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands should be regarded as a single country for the purpose of this Agreement.

The termination of the London Act (1934) is effective since October 18, 2016 with respect to its 15 contracting parties.

(2) States bound by the Act of The Hague (1960) and the Geneva Act (1999).
(3) States bound only by the Geneva Act (1999).
