All industrial property rights applied for or granted at the Federal Patent Office in Belgrade by April 4, 1992, with the exception of appellations of origin, are valid without restriction in Slovenia if they were re-filed/re-registered at the Slovenian Industrial Property Office by March 1, 1994.
