Registration is not compulsory; rights to a name may be acquired by actual use (with less effective legal protection).

Filing requirements for an application (to be sent to resident agent):
– Power of attorney, simply signed (a separate power of attorney is required for each name).

Opposition: may be lodged by any interested person within three months from publication.
