Object of registration: the original diagrams, incorporated or not to an integrated circuit, will be registered whenever it has not been exploited or marketed in any part of the world or before a term of two years counting from its first exploitation.

Validity: the registration will have a validity of ten years.

Registration requirements: the date and place of the first exploitation or a declaration stating that it has not been used; a description; an indication of the electronic function carried out by the integrated circuit to which the layout is incorporated; a graphic or photographic reproduction of the layout.
