Merchandise Marks

Merchandise Marks Act 1933 and Merchandise Marks (Detention of Goods) Regulations 1956: affords protection against the fraudulent marking of merchandise, including fraudulent trade dress and trademarks that are registered or are otherwise protected by law in Fiji or any country within the British Commonwealth.

Note: Fiji has passed a new Trademarks Act 2021.
